Take by dissolving a small pea size amount (400mg) into a hot drink (not boiling). Any drink can be used (tap water not recommended ). Tea or warm milk are great options. Can be used twice a day. Do not exceed 1g per day. For best results use in morning on an empty stomach. Use 4 days on and 2 days off.
